Important COVID-19 Shipping Update

 

Unfortunately, due to COVID19 there have been unforeseen delays to the collection, shipping and tracking of AusPost parcels throughout Australia.
Please be aware AusPost is not scanning packages on pickup, and in some circumstances, they aren't scanned until the day of delivery.

We're currently seeing fulfilment times of approximately 5-12 working days from the date of collection.

Standard Shipping - Free On All Orders Over $100 For ClubTED Members

All orders placed online are sent using Australia Post Registered Mail, upon collection you will be emailed a tracking number that can be traced HERE.

Our flat-rate delivery charge is $9.95 Australia-wide and includes insurance.

Delivery Times

Depending on product stock levels, the following delivery times apply:

  • VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & TAS: approximately 5-7 business days.
  • WA, NT & Far North Queensland: approximately 7-10 business days.

Please note that delays may occur if an order fails to meet standard ID verification checks.

Authority To Leave (ATL)

You might prefer for the parcel is left at your delivery address in your absence. This is called "Authority to Leave".

If you would prefer for the delivery person to leave the parcel for you in your absence, please tick the "Authority To Leave" button in the checkout.

It is important to consider that if you give us authority to leave the consignment in your absence then we can no longer guarantee that you will receive your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.

Delivery During Sale Periods

Dispatch times may be delayed by up to 2 days during periods with high order volumes, such as Christmas, Click Frenzy, and Black Friday. Please refer to your dispatch email for the most accurate delivery estimate.

Conditions for Returns

  • 14-Day Exchange

Ted’s offers a 14-Day Exchange Guarantee on most products. If your product proves to be defective or if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may be eligible to exchange it for a product of equal value. 

The 14-Day Exchange Guarantee does not apply to damaged equipment, used drones, or items that have been specially ordered.

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If your product does not work on arrival and before any use, you may return the goods free of charge. Our team will inspect the item and supply a replacement if necessary.

  • Incorrect Goods Supplied

If the product(s) you receive differ from the receipt emailed to you immediately after completion of the online order, you can return this item for an exchange or full refund.
