Camera Repairs

If your item is covered by warranty or Ted's Total Care Package, there is no fee.

If your product is outside of warranty, or the damage is not covered by warranty (e.g. water damage), there is a repair quote fee of $99.95 – This amount is deducted from the repair if the customer accepts the quote.

Upon receiving your unit, we’ll advise you of its safe arrival at the repair centre and confirm the next stage in the process. One of our qualified technicians will then email you a detailed quotation.

Once approved, depending on the work required, we’ll endeavour to have your camera repaired and back to you within 2-3 weeks.

Ted's can organise repairs for all major brands of cameras, lenses, flashes, and accessories.

We specialise in Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Sigma, Sony, and Tamron. 

If you have a Nikon or Sony product that is under warranty, you are eligible for free "Door to Door" freight.

That's free, nationwide, insured freight with every domestic camera repair – door to door – home or office. All instructions, terms and conditions are contained in the free freight e-Pack provided. Professional units are not covered, please call prior to sending to enquire about insurance options for Pro units.

If you've accidentally deleted your images or suffered a corrupted memory card, Ted's has got you covered!

For $129.95 we now offer a memory card recovery service, using advanced software we will recover as many damaged, corrupted, or deleted images as possible, and have them burnt to DVD for you.
