I chose this tripod because I wanted a light weight compact tripod to take on my USA trip. It fits well inside a medium size pack and is under 700g in weight. It's fast to set up, has a basic spirit level and is quite sturdy. If you purchase this remember it cost you $20, so it's not a Manfrotto but for an amateur, it does the job.

Pros: Easy to use, Compact
