Cameras, sport optics, or camcorders that are compatible with a 1/4"-20 mount can be connected to the quick release plate, which is secured to the tripod's pan-and-tilt head using a quick release cam lock. The head can be rotated 360°, tilted 60° backwards, 90° forwards, or 90° sideways for portrait orientation. Both the 360° rotation as well as the backward or forward tilt movements function simultaneously and can be set in place using the pan bar's integrated twist lock. When changing from a landscape to portrait orientation, the sideways tilt can be independently adjusted and secured.

I really like this for the price. It's not a pro tripod for sure, but it is very well constructed, very stable, easy to fold up down, and can be easily used on uneven surfaces. You can invert the mount, which is the main reason I bought it at this price, to get close down for landscapes without my shaky hands. When folded it won't fit into my backpack, and does not have a case, but I paid $89 dollars for this, and to be honest, it's worth twice that at least.
Pros:
Easy to use, Build quality
Cons:
Bulky

I bought this tripod from Chadstone store by the recommendation of the salesman(golden hair) who helped me out with different tripods. Although my final purchase was from Julian, he was very good and did show professionalism in his job.
The reason why I chose this tripod over the other is that it has a solid looking metallic joints, which are very stable, the joints are made from magnesium alloy and the legs are made from aluminum. I just love the head on this tripod the x-axix (panning)and the y-axix(tilting) can be controlled by a single screw-able handle.
This tripod is very solid and weighs 1.95 kilos and can take a total weight of 3.5 kilos. It has a minimum workable low height of 59cm from the ground.
I use the 200r for my Nikon D7000.
All in all I personally am very pleased with this product and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a reasonably priced tripod which performs good, looks good and very good stability. Have used it for a week now :)
