Great little light stand kit

This is a fantastic little portable light stand kit. I was originally looking just for a light stand but this little beaut comes with a 2 in 1 umbrella, cold shoe attachment and carry bag. At the price that Ted's sells it, it's great value.

The only con for me (which may be a pro for you) is the weight. It's a little light in the base, meaning it's great for portability but I fear it may be a bit prone to tipping. I will probably use a bit of gaffer tape when using around high traffic areas.

Excellent Lightweight Compact Units - Love it as a backup on location shoots

I purchased two of these units and am very satisfied. Very lightweight, compact stand, excellent 40" Umbrella, firing with speedlites on wireless. Using own light stand adapters for flash and umbrellas. This unit serves nicely as a compact unit and I always carry it in the boot of my car and is readily available for me to use when shooting on site or on location. For price, its a worthwhile purchase. I dont like the adapters that it came so ended up using my own stellardesign.biz units. Very cheap adapters but for overall, for the stand units themselves, its a 5 out of 5 for those like go light and compact.
