Thanks to its use of an infrared-sensitive CMOS sensor and Micro LCD screen, this Bushnell Monocular grants you night vision for a range of viewing purposes. During the day images on the screen are in colour, while in the dark Night Vision will be activated which switches the screen to display black and white for its greater contrast. A 4.5x magnification is available to get you closer to the action, while you can also opt to get even closer by using the Monocular's digital zoom function.

The Bushnell Equinox Z 4.5mm x 40mm Night Vision Monocular uses a unique setup of an Infrared Sensitive CMOS sensor and Micro LCD screen to achieve its night vision capabilities. A colour image is displayed on the screen during the day, while in the dark this image is changed to black and white due to its higher contrast and better clarity. For attaining a close and accurate view of proceedings this Monocular features a 4.5x optical zoom as well as digital zoom which equates to a total magnification of 13.5x.
Video and stills can be captured with this Monocularand saved to a Micro SD card. The resolution for these images is 640x480. You can also stream a live video feed to an external recorder or monitor, via an RCA video-out port.
