Suitable for enthusiasts the 290 Xtra features quality, durable aluminum leg tubes that are adjustable to 4 different angle positions, perfect for exploring with different compositions and finding a steady surface anywhere. Also noteworthy are the leg lock levers which are also constructed from aluminium and are tension-adjustable, assuring quality is maintained throughout the tripods long lifespan.

The 290 Xtra also includes a redesigned Manfrotto 804 head, which retains the same reliable build quality and precise adjustment abilities, with a more compact design. This update sees the head fitted with levers for maximum portability. The Manfrotto 290 Xtra has been made easier to transport with a rubberised legwarmer for comfortable grip and an included shoulder bag allowing you to pack your tripod when you are travelling.
