An updated, affordable telephoto zoom lens for Canon EOS

These speeds are very handy if you are utilising the high-quality video that is available on your modern EOS DSLR.
The focal range of this lens is a perfect partner for your standard Canon kit lens and will happily step in to reach the subjects that this smaller lens can not. On a compatible APS-C format camera, this lens offers a very large range, which is made all the more versatile due to the built-in Image Stabiliser, which makes handheld shooting possible.
Optically, this telephoto zoom lens has also seen some improvements, with a brand new construction featuring Ultra Low dispersion element which leads to an overall improvement in image quality and sharpness. In a unique move from Canon they have included in the 70-300mm IS USM II lens a small Lcd screen that displays focal distance, focus range and stabiliser settings, enabling you to evaluate and adjust your settings as you shoot.
