How do I return my equipment if I don’t need it anymore?

Simply call Studio19’s service team on 1300 858 911. They’ll arrange courier collection for a nominal fee.

Alternatively, you can return the equipment to the retailer at no charge.

Do I need to return all my equipment at the same time?

No. If you’ve rented multiple items, each item can be managed separately.

You can choose to purchase one item, return another, and keep the rest.

Your monthly payment will automatically adjust to reflect only the items you keep.

Can I purchase my equipment?

Yes. You can apply to purchase at any time even after just 1 day.

Price guides are available on the website, and your original agreement includes a full 36-month purchase value schedule.

What about insurance?

The minimum rental period is six months.

If you return the equipment within this period, the remaining rental charges for the six months will apply.

After six months, you’re free to return the equipment at any time.

What about repairs and servicing?

Studio19 covers maintenance and repairs required due to normal use, at no cost to you (excluding consumables).

What is the minimum rental period?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How are payments made?

Payments are debited monthly on a set date from your nominated bank account or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

If the payment date falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
