I came to Ted's Cameras with little knowledge of mirrorless & DSLR cameras, and the sales staff, in particular Nick, was super helpful in getting me up to speed with what's available. He didn't rush me at all, even though I came in just before Christmas time and it was quite busy in the store, and he explained everything in an easy-to-understand manner.
