Stock Availability

Product availability on our website is displayed using the following labels. Please review the information below to understand what each status means before placing your order.

Awaiting Stock

If a product is marked Awaiting Stock, it is not currently in stock but is expected to arrive in the future.

  • Orders placed for Awaiting Stock items are queued in the order they are received
  • Customers who place an order for items awaiting stock will receive priority allocation once stock arrives
  • Dispatch will occur once stock is received and processed

Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier or shipping delays.

Special Order Only

Products labelled Special Order Only are items that are either:

  • Supplied in limited quantities by manufacturers, or
  • Not regularly held in stock by Ted’s Cameras

When you place an order for a Special Order Only item:

  • We will place a custom order with the supplier on your behalf
  • Dispatch timeframes will vary depending on supplier availability

Ted’s Cameras will contact you once an approximate ETA has been provided by the supplier. Please note that ETAs are estimates only and may be subject to change.

Pre-Order

If a product is marked Pre-Order, it is not currently in stock but is expected to arrive in the future.

  • Orders placed for Pre-Order items are queued in the order they are received
  • Customers who place a Pre-Order will receive priority allocation once stock arrives
  • Dispatch will occur once stock is received and processed

Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier or shipping delays.

Online Only

Products marked Online Only are:

  • Not available in physical Ted’s Cameras stores
  • Shipped from a separate warehouse location

If your order includes both Online Only items and items normally available for in-store collection, delivery will be required for the entire order, and Click & Collect will not be available.

Customer Order Products

Customer Order products are items ordered specifically from a supplier after you complete your purchase.

  • These products are not held in regular stock
  • Dispatch timeframes depend on supplier availability
  • Ted’s Cameras will provide an estimated dispatch timeframe once confirmed by the supplier
