Designed for use on full-frame E-mount cameras, the 12-24mm zoom range is wide enough to do the most incredible and majestic landscapes justice, but the flexible zoom range allows you to frame your images with accuracy and creativity. A fast f4 maximum aperture ensures you can forget your tripod when packing for your camping trip, as the lens will let in enough light to stay sharp and blur-free.

Made for a premium range of cameras and made to premium standards, this Sony FE 12-24mm f4 G zoom lens will produce images of a sharp and detailed nature, free from the range of distortions and aberrations that can plague otherwise great images. The cause of this high performance is the optical construction that contains four Aspherical, three ED and one super ED elements and the inclusion of Nano AR coating in the design process - this particular addition limiting flare and ghosting and increasing colour accuracy and contrast.

More than just optical performance was considered when designing this lens, resulting in a rugged option that can handle the rigors of the great outdoors, thanks to dust and moisture resistance. A focus hold button and AF/MF switch are both easy to access and result in a highly personal level of usability in terms of finding focus, which on turn is noteworthy for its fast and accurate performance, courtesy of the direct drive super sonic wave AF motor.
