Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to product availability.

Standard Post

  • VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & TAS: Approx. 5–10 business days
  • WA, NT & Far North QLD: Approx. 7–14 business days

Priority Post

  • VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & TAS: Approx. 3–5 business days
  • WA, NT & Far North QLD: Approx. 5–7 business days

Due to weight, size, and carrier restrictions, not all products are eligible for Priority Post.

Delivery timeframes commence once your order has been dispatched.

Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, regional delivery limitations, or if an order does not meet standard ID verification requirements.

Need your order sooner? Our Click & Collect service is available at all store locations at no additional cost.

Shipping Charges
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $500 for ClubTED members
  • All online orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Mail
  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched

Flat-rate delivery charges:

  • Standard Post: $9.95
  • Priority Post: $19.95

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Due to the nature of our products, Authority to Leave is not enabled by default.

If no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, your parcel will be redirected to your nearest Australia Post office for collection.

You may choose to update your delivery preferences directly with Australia Post, including selecting Authority to Leave. Please note that once delivery instructions are altered by the recipient, responsibility for delivery transfers to Australia Post once the parcel is marked as delivered.

Ted’s Cameras cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage occurring after delivery where delivery instructions have been changed by the recipient

Delivery During Sale Periods

During peak periods such as Christmas, EOFY, and Black Friday, dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse.

Returns & Exchanges

14-Day Exchange Guarantee

Ted’s offers a 14-Day Exchange Guarantee on most products.

If your item is defective or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to exchange it for a product of equal value. The 14-day period commences from the date of delivery.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Damaged equipment
  • Used drones
  • Special order items

This guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your product is faulty on arrival and has not been used, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect Goods Supplied

If the product received does not match your order confirmation, please contact us promptly. We will arrange an exchange or refund as appropriate.
