Secondhand - 12 Month Warranty

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Ted's 12 Month 2ND Hand Warranty provided by Ted's Camera Store (Vic)
Pty Ltd (Ted's). Under Ted’s 2ND Hand Warranty, Ted's warrants (subject to the below Terms and Conditions) that, within 12 Months from purchase:

If any part of your camera is found to be defective in factory materials or workmanship it will be repaired or replaced by Ted's Camera Store free of charge.

To claim any right or benefits under Ted’s 2ND Hand Warranty, you must return the relevant product to any Ted’s Camera Store, with proof of product purchase (Ted’s Receipt).

Ted’s 2ND Hand Warranty does not cover batteries or ordinary wear and tear, nor does it cover damage or defect resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use or abuse, dirt, water or battery leakage, tampering or servicing performed or attempted by unauthorised person(s).
Should your product be replaced during the period of the warranty, only the balance of the warranty period applies.

OTHER RIGHTS: The Ted's 2ND Hand Warranty is in addition to guarantees, rights and remedies conferred by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation. The Ted’s 2ND Hand warranty does not exclude, affect or limit those guarantees, rights or remedies, except to the extent that their application may lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

(Ted's 2ND Hand Warranty is not transferable)
