With its ultra-fast f1.4 maximum aperture this lens is a premium handheld shooting option, letting in enough light to keep your images sharp, even in relative darkness. A fast and quiet HSM AF system is on board, permitting the shooting of a variety of subjects, while the build of thermally composite materials as well as a brass bayonet mount, results in a reliable and sturdy lens, despite its lightweight nature.
