A high-quality optical construction puts an emphasis on image sharpness, while detriments such as chromatic aberrations, colour fringing, lens flare and ghosting are noticeably absent from the wonderful pictures created with this lens.

As with other lenses within the Sigma Art series, the 135mm f1.8 is rugged and sturdy, leaving you with a confident feeling when in your hand. This confidence stems from the thermally stable composite used in the construction, which achieves sturdiness without adding weight, and the brass bayonet mount, which increases durability and adds weather sealing so you can continue shooting in more trying conditions.
