Engineered for portability without compromise, the 1605 Air is constructed from Pelican's lightweight HPX2 polymer -- up to 40% lighter than standard polymers, yet tough enough to handle serious abuse. The redesigned dual push-button latches are intuitive to use and hold the lid firmly sealed. An IP67-rated O-ring gasket ensures complete dust and water protection, while the pressure-relief valve prevents internal pressure build-up, so you can open your case without fighting a crushing seal.

Built-in security features include dual stainless steel reinforced padlock holes, and a polycarbonate card holder (which can be positioned on the front or side) helps you label and identify your case. The rubber overmoulded handle makes carrying comfortable, even when fully loaded.
