The Pelican 1555 Medium Air Case is engineered for photographers, videographers, and adventurers who need rugged protection without the weight penalty. Built from HPX Polymer with a honeycomb structure, this case is 40 percent lighter than comparable hard cases while maintaining superior strength and durability.

Your gear stays safe in any environment. The O-ring gasket creates a watertight seal tested to 1 metre submersion for up to 30 minutes, keeping moisture and dust out completely. A purge valve automatically balances internal air pressure, so you won't strain your equipment during flights or altitude changes.

The case has been drop tested from 1.8 metres onto concrete while fully loaded and crush tested to ensure it performs when it matters most. Stainless steel hasp protectors and double throw latches keep your gear secure, whilst the rubber overmoulded handle makes carrying comfortable even with a heavy load.

Inside, you'll find a customisable Pick 'N Pluck foam interior with three-piece foam inserts including egg crate lid foam, allowing you to arrange your equipment exactly as needed. A polycarbonate card holder on the front keeps your business cards handy for quick identification.

Designed with a distinctive conic curve lid, the 1555 combines professional protection with practical styling.
