With the two flash heads situated to the side of your camera lens, you are provided with an even spread of light, which presents your close-up subjects with ample detail. Each flash can be controlled independently, both in terms of being tilted from between -40 to 60 degrees, and in terms of power output, which can be controlled at a ratio of 1:8, 1:1, and 8:1. With the two flash heads used together, you are gifted with an impressive guide number of 8.5m at ISO 100.

The Olympus STF-8 Twin Macro Flash is compatible with select Olympus lenses, with two ring adapters to allow the use of these lenses. The unit runs on easy to find AA batteries, and is suitable splash, dust and freeze-proof to allow it to be used in inclement weather.

Covers the angle of view of a 12mm lens on Micro Four Thirds cameras, or approximately 61¬∞ vertically and 72¬∞ horizontally.
