The Nikon Z50II combines a light, compact mirrorless body with professional-grade performance. Nikon's first dedicated macro lens for the Z mount, the NIKKOR Z MC 105mm F2.8 VR S offers 1:1 life-size magnification with a closest focus distance of 29cm. As an S-line lens it uses 16 elements in 11 groups, including 3 ED and 1 aspherical element, with Nano Crystal and ARNEO coatings for sharp, clean results that are notably free of aberrations. VR stabilisation keeps shots sharp and blur-free, and the 105mm focal length lets you work close to the subject without crowding the patient.

Meike MK-14EXT TTL Ring Flash

The Meike MK-14EXT TTL Ring Flash provides bright, even illumination for serious close-up work, including dental and forensic photography. It supports TTL flash metering, has a guide number of 14, and runs on standard AA batteries. Adapter rings for 52–77mm lenses are included, so it mounts directly onto the 105mm's 62mm filter thread, and it comes with a carry pouch.
