A large knurled center focusing wheel is easy to access, a right-eye diopter is available for fine-tweaking and fold down rubber eyecups block peripheral light which can dim and cause distractions. A rubberised armoring is easy to grip to prevent slippage, as well as protecting the optics from the occasional bump.
