The new Panasonic VXF1 Camcorder provides freedom of expression, with your choice of compositional tool to aid you in the successful framing of your footage. As has been seen in other new releases in the Panasonic Digital Video Camera range, the VXF1 features a 3-inch touch-sensitive LCD screen, which can be tilted to facilitate shooting at various angles, but this model also contains a tilting Electronic Viewfinder. This EVF helps you attain a clearer view of your subjects in bright daylight and it will also be favoured by more serious shooters due to the ability to concentrate on exactly what is within the frame, not what is on the periphery. Also, a benefit to more advanced shooters is a manual ring that sits around the front of the lens. This ring can be used for fast and intuitive adjustments of zoom, focus and iris - this is great for those who like to take matters into their own hands.

When it comes to recording things the VXF1 will not disappoint, its large 1/2.5-inch sensor is capable of producing stunning 4K UHD videos which are just as eye-catching in bright conditions, as dark interiors. The lens at the front of this camcorder starts at a wide 25mm equivalent and its 24x optical zoom takes it out to an amazing 600mm. At the wide end, you can easily fit in all of your friends and family in group scenarios or every peak of a mountain range. At the long end of the zoom, you can reach across fields to capture your children playing or pick out details in the landscape.
