The Panasonic Lumix Micro Four Thirds range has yet to see a lens like this fast, long telephoto prime lens, the Leica 200mm f2.8 Power O.I.S lens. In a package that is compact and lightweight, this telephoto prime lens delivers stunning edge to edge sharpness, at a long focal range that is tailored for Sports and Wildlife. The 35mm equivalent focal length is 400mm, while the bundled 1.4x teleconverter extends things to an equivalent 560mm.

The fast f2.8 aperture of this high-performance lens is beneficial to handheld shooters, so more often than not you can forget to bring your tripod on that long hike over the weekend. The aperture also works in unison with the long focal length to create exceptionally shallow depths of field, so your subjects will be tack sharp, standing out amongst a sea of blur. Power O.I.S is also a major feature of this lens, producing premium protection from camera shake. Taking this further, this stabiliser works in conjunction with certain Panasonic cameras to enable Dual IS and Dual IS 2, for even greater protection from shake.

Released alongside the brilliant new Lumix G9, this Leica 200mm f2.8 lens is similarly rugged, with dust, splash and freezeproof performance.
