How do I get a quote for my equipment?
Start by filling out our online estimate form to get an indication of what your gear could be worth. Please note this is an estimate only and not a guaranteed price — final values are confirmed by our store staff upon inspection and may vary based on condition.
What condition does my equipment need to be in?
ll items must be in good working order, free from damage. Equipment deemed to be damaged or not functioning may not be accepted. Please also include your charger and battery when sending or bringing in your gear.
How long does the trade-in process take?
If you visit us in store and your item is accepted, you can receive store credit on the spot. If you opt for a cash payment via direct deposit, payments are processed weekly into your nominated bank account.
How do I receive payment?
You can choose between two payment options: store credit, which can be used immediately in-store toward your next purchase, or cash via direct deposit into your bank account, processed within 7 days of your item being accepted.
