If your purchase develops a fault during the warranty period, simply return it to Ted’s. We’ll arrange repair through the authorised Australian service centre at no cost to you. No overseas shipping. No hidden surprises.

Secondhand – 12 Month Ted's Warranty
Selected secondhand products include a 12 Month Ted's Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a fault is confirmed by our service team, we will repair or replace the product (at our discretion) at no additional cost.
Exclusions
- Consumables such as batteries.
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, impact, liquid, sand or dust.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
This warranty is not transferable.
This warranty is in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Beware of Grey Market Imports
Grey market importers source products from overseas suppliers rather than authorised Australian channels. If a grey market product becomes faulty, you may be required to send it overseas for repair — a process that can take months — or have it serviced by an unauthorised technician.
