The Nikon Z DX 12-28mm F3.5-5.6 VR lens is the first lens within the range to offer power zoom with linear drive, which means it is capable of quick and quiet operation and even remote control support when using the Nikon ML-LC remote control with Bluetooth connectivity activated. This Power Zoom function can also be activated using Nikon's PC software, the dedicated app, and the button on compatible cameras.
The Nikon Z DX 12-28mm F3.5-5.6 VR lens provides VR stabilisation, which assures that shots are smooth and free from blur, even when you are using your Nikon mirrorless kit in dim conditions, or working with moving subjects. This VR stabilisation system delivers 4.5 stops of stabilisation, and even offers an active mode for when working with subjects that are on the go. Despite its featherweight build, this Nikon zoom lens is made tough, with its dust and drip-resistant build allowing it to be used in outdoor conditions.
