Equipping you to handle virtually any shooting situation, the Nikon 16-35mm features a constant f4 aperture and VR stabiliser. Both these features work in unison to battle camera shake, by allowing the use of faster shutter speeds and by negating the effects of any movement that does occur. The result of all of this extra support is sharp and blur-free images - any time, any place.

Prepared to focus on any subject placed before it, the 16-35mm contains Nikon's excellent SWM autofocus system. This system is consistently accurate, as well as being fast and quiet, the sort of characteristics that a modern DSLR user is seeking to handle both stills and video applications.
