The Sigma 30mm f1.4 Contemporary is a fast prime lens, perfect for many uses including landscapes and portraiture, travel and everyday photography and much more. When mounted on compatible Sony E-Mount APS-C format cameras, this Sigma lens provides a 45mm equivalent focal length, a classic FOV, which it pairs with a fast f1.4 maximum aperture. This fast max aperture lets in plenty of light to keep you firing in dim lighting conditions, and it also produces a good amount of background blur to add a striking element to your photographs and videos.

This Sigma prime lens is perfect for use for both photo and video applications, thanks to its fast, smooth and incredibly quiet STM AF system. A range of high-end elements have been used in the design of the Sigma 30mm f1.4 Contemporary lens, including three aspherical and a high-refractive index element, which lead to impressive image sharpness, while super multi-layer coating has been applied to reduce the appearance of ghosting and flare. You might not be able to zoom in and out with this Sigma prime lens, but it is a truly versatile offering that you will be pleased to have in your camera bag.
