As well as a 60mm equivalent focal length, this lens includes a large f2.8 maximum aperture for producing plenty of background blur. This lens features a 1:1 magnification ratio for lifesize macro images, and a closest focus of just 10.5cm.

Helping you to acheive tack-sharp, blur-free images without the use of a tripod, the Panasonic Lumix 30mm f2.8 Macro lens includes a Mego Optical Image Stabilisation system. A stepping AF motor is also included, which helps the lens to acheive fast, smooth and quiet autofocus performance. An Aspherical lens element is used in the optical design of the lens, so results are always sharp and detailed, while flare and ghosting are reduced, thanks to the multi-layer lens coating.
