7 Year Mirrorless & DSLR Camera Total Care Package < $500

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions of your Ted's Total Care Package provided by Ted's Camera Store (Vic) Pty Ltd (Ted's). Under the Total Care Package, Ted's warrants (subject to the below Terms and Conditions) that, within 84 months from purchase:

• Ted’s will offer one clean of your DSLR/Mirrorless camera sensor over the 7 year period. (loan service not applicable for sensor clean)
• Ted’s will offer a priority repair service should your camera require repairs for any reason.
• Ted’s will offer 1 image recovery from memory card.
• Ted’s will offer an annual camera check at any of their stores.
• Ted’s will offer 50% OFF an Academy Photo 1 course.
• Ted’s will offer a loan camera service during the above repair period, subject to availability. Note: Security deposit required
• If any part of your camera is found to be defective in factory materials or workmanship it will be repaired or replaced by Ted's free of charge.
• To claim any right or benefits under the Total Care Package, you must return the relevant product to any Ted’s Camera Store as listed on this document, with proof of product purchase and this duly completed Total Care Package document (or other appropriate proof of Package purchase).
• This Total Care Package does not cover batteries or ordinary wear and tear, nor does it cover damage or defect resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use or abuse, dirt, water or battery leakage, tampering or servicing performed or attempted by an unauthorised person(s).
• The Total Care Package does not apply to any product used for professional purposes.
• Should your product be replaced during the period of this Total Care Package, only the balance of the period of the Total Care Package applies.

OTHER RIGHTS:

The Ted's Total Care Package applies in addition to your rights under any applicable warranty offered by the manufacturer, and the guarantees, rights and remedies conferred by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation. The Total Care Package does not exclude, affect or limit those guarantees, rights or remedies, except to the extent that their application may lawfully be excluded or limited. In particular, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. (Ted's Total Care Package is not transferable).
