The PXW-Z190 is a flagship camera in the Sony 4K camcorder range, producing broadcast quality in a handheld package. The Three 1/3” ExmorR™ CMOS sensors system found in the Z190 is the first of its kind, with red, green and blue light being captured independently for world-class imaging results. This camcorder is home to a 25x optical zoom range, as well as a 2x digital extender for getting an even closer look, while focus, zoom and iris can each be controlled by 3 separate manual control rings.

The Sony PXW-Z190 pro camcorder includes world-class face-detection AF, a system that ensures a selected person is always in focus, no matter how you move and adjust your angles and framing. For improved connectivity and workflow, this pro camcorder includes dual XLR inputs, dual MI shoes and dual SD media slots.
