New from Panasonic is this micro four thirds compatible zoom lens, the 12-35 f2.8 II. On compatible cameras this lens provides a 35mm equivalent zoom range of 24-70mm, making it suitable for much of your day-to-day purposes, including landscapes, snapshots, portraits and more. The lens features a fast f2.8 constant max aperture, which allows you to shoot at faster shutter speeds throughout the zoom range and reap the benefits accordingly; sharp shots of moving subjects, blur-free low-light performance and depth of field control.
Included in the Panasonic LUMIX 12-35mm f2.8 II lens is Power OIS, which benefits handheld shooting and saves you from carrying around your tripod. For further stability this lens is compatible with Panasonic's Dual IS system which is included in certain newer LUMIX cameras.
Excellent build quality is a major selling point if the 12-35mm f2.8 II from the streamline, sleek finish to the improved weather-sealing, which renders the lens dust, splash and freezeproof.
