The Nissin MF18 Macro Ring Flash is a precise and powerful flash which can help macro photographers vastly improve the quality of their close-up work. When using the unit's fine macro mode the power output of the MF18 can be controlled with incredible accuracy in ⅙ EV steps (1/128 to 1/1024) - this helps users take greater control in order to make it easier for them to achieve their ideal lighting. Variable power is also available in manual mode in ⅓ EV steps (1/1 to 1/64).

This powerful ring flash features a tube flash system which is divided in half, with each tube able to be adjusted individually - this enables creative lighting effects. Thanks to wireless TTL and a multi-function remote control system, the Nissin MF18 macro ring flash can control slave units with +/- 3 stops EV compensation. A LED modelling lamp is available to aid with focussing in low light conditions, while anodised aluminium adapter rings are available for using the Nissin MF18 macro ring flash with a variety of lenses.
