Predominantly a portrait photographer Glynn loves nothing more than to travel the streets of the world and photograph the people he meets, his goal is to cut through the technical jargon of photography and get to the heart of what’s important – capturing great images everywhere we go and every time we pick up our camera without getting bogged down in numbers and theory.
His ability to share his knowledge and empower Workshop attendees to reach their goals is well known and many working professional photographers consider Glynn their mentor and part of the reason for their success.
With nearly a thousand Workshops under his belt, and many overseas photo tours led, Glynn’s experience shines through at every event and he willingly shares everything – there are no ‘trade secrets’ at his events.
Photography should not be another of the stresses in our lives, it should be an enriching and fun pursuit and at Glynn’s Workshops that philosophy is at the forefront of the day. This kind of control and satisfaction cannot be achieved using only your Auto modes.
So come along and get a real start in your photography – a start that could take you to the places you want to go.
Our day is split up into short theory sessions followed by practical photo shoots that really allow you to understand how to produce dynamic photos.
By the end of the day you will have an understanding of shutters speeds, apertures, shooting in manual mode and how to get your photos correctly exposed every time.
