To claim any right or benefits under the Total Care Package, you must return the relevant product to any Ted's Camera Store as listed on this document, with proof of product purchase and this duly completed Total Care Package document (or other appropriate proof of Package purchase). This Total Care Package does not cover batteries or ordinary wear and tear, nor does it cover damage or defect resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use or abuse, dirt, water or battery leakage, tampering or servicing performed or attempted by an unauthorised person(s).
