Nikon entered the full-frame mirrorless world, with this powerful yet portable Nikon Z7. The Z7 performs much like the company's high-end DSLR range but in a package that is much more manageable for daily or travel purposes. The Nikon Z7 is a welcome entrant to the mirrorless world, providing usability and quality akin to the company's FX-format DSLR range but in a drastically reduced package. This is Nikon's first-ever full-frame mirrorless offering, and it joins a host of top-selling models from competing brands. Internally, the Nikon Z7 is home to a 45.7MP Full-Frame sensor, which features backside illumination to be better suited to low-light conditions. The new lens mount which is found on the Z7 features a 55mm lens flange, which has made possible a range of very fast high-quality lenses from Nikon, with more sure to follow in the future.
The Nikon Z7 features built-in Vibration reduction, meaning you don't need to purchase suitable lenses to benefit from Nikon's highly-effective shake-reduction technology. A 3.2-inch touch-sensitive LCD screen can be found at the rear of this camera, which can tilt to help you frame 4K resolution videos, while a high-res EVF is also featured for those that prefer eye-level framing. The rugged weather-sealed Z7 also features a top OLED panel for the fast readout of essential settings and information while shooting.
