A constant f4 aperture is present throughout this zoom range, so there is no need for a tripod in most of your shooting, the lens will let in plenty of light and keep your pictures nice and sharp.
As well as the large maximum aperture, the Fujifilm XF 10-24mm is fitted with an Optical Image Stabiliser, reducing camera shake by 3-stops and keeping you shooting indoors, and outdoors after the sun begins to set. This is great for us landscape shooters, as we know the best images are taken in those moments of fading light. The built-in stepping motor produces a speedy and silent form of autofocus, which is good for your video shooting and allows you to go unnoticed when you are photographing in quiet locations.
