Staff Profiles
Joel Strickland
Joel Strickland has been working in the photographic industry for over 12 years. Joel has worked in many areas of the industry, he started in retail in Tasmania in the mid-1990s before a move to Melbourne in 2001 where he began work as a sports photographer. He then moved to work in photo wholesale in 2002. In 2006 he left the industry for 8 months before coming back to work for Ted's in early 2007
In his spare time he likes to photograph motorsport and in particular the Australian Rally Championship. He is heavily involved in helping to run a number of Australian car clubs His work has been published in magazine both here in Australia and overseas.
Cameron Attree
Cameron started with Ted's Brisbane, working in the Professional / Industrial section in 1993 after he completed his Associate Diploma of Arts in Applied Photography. He is a very experienced photographer in most genres but has a penchant for landscape, wildlife and the human form. His photography has taken him to Africa and Antarctica and he has been successful in a number of photographic awards including the 1998 Australian Wildlife Photographer of the Year and the 2000 Brisbane Lord Mayor's Photographic Award.
Over the last 5 years he has been heavily involved with the Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) and has been on the Queensland AIPP council for 4 of those 5 years. Recently, he was awarded his Masters in Photography within the institute and has been a judge at both state and national level over the last couple of years.

Mike Hart
Mike Hart started with Ted’s in 1990 in Adelaide as a sales assistant in the Industrial Dept and is now looking after our Corporate and Government business.
He has moved from Industrial manager to retail manager and retails sales assistant over his time at Ted's. He has have now taken on the Corporate and Government sales. He has build up a very dedicated data base with the Education departments and South Australian government sectors. He has great contacts within the school area.
Mike sees the government area as a Great challenge full of potential that he can strive to make Teds a name that is a frontrunner to government purchases
He also sees a need to service the Pro market in Adelaide, this will be a challenge but given the right display area for Pros to visit, have a coffee and chat over business will be one of his tasks to set up. He wants Teds to be associated with the Professional Photographers in Adelaide as a first stop Pro shop.
Greg Masakers
Greg Masakers has been involved in the photographic industry for 24 years which started after obtaining his degree in Photography/Science. Greg has worked as a professional photographer for 18 years mainly shooting Commercial/Advertising, Fashion and Sport. Greg has been working for Ted’s in the Pro area since 1993 and has been involved in many major government & commercial projects in all facets from consultation to supplier.
Outside of work Greg is a sports tragic and likes nothing better than following the mighty Hawks in the AFL and the ACT Brumbies in Rugby Union. If it’s a fine day, it’s a good bet that Greg is out on a golf course trying to lower his handicap!!
