Photographs in less than a minute
With your PictureMate 210, beautiful true–to–life 4x6–inch photographs can be printed in less than one minute — a result of the many major advances made by Epson in photograph printing technologies.
At the heart of the PictureMate 210 is the critically acclaimed Epson MicroPiezo print head — a technology that is crucial to the printer's ability to deliver tiny ink droplets with absolute precision onto the photo paper. Moreover, with the MicroPiezo print head, the PictureMate 210 is able to take advantage of Epson's — Variable Sized Droplet Technology (VSDT). With VSDT, the printer can generate five different sized ink droplets, with the smallest being used for fine detail in photographs and the larger sizes used for areas of solid colour.
2–inch LCD screen
The PictureMate 210's in–built 2 inch colour LCD reflects Epson's global leadership in colour LCD technologies. The advanced colour LCD gives incredibly crisp and clear displays of the photo files contained on the currently inserted memory card or, compatible device.
Using a combination of the PictureMate 210's simplified control panel and powerful colour LCD, users can easily view and select specific photos to be printed. While the colour LCD significantly simplifies the entire photograph printing process, it's also a major step forward in guaranteeing absolute freedom in photograph printing. Forget about the need to be connected to a PC; the PictureMate 210 is a compact and entirely self–contained photo printing solution.
Professional quality photographs
With a maximum resolution of 5760 Optimised dpi (when connected to a PC) using Resolution Performance Management (RPM) technology, the Epson PictureMate 210 generates outstanding quality photo prints, using ink droplets as tiny as 3pl.
The PictureMate 210 has been designed specifically to make quality photograph printing as easy as possible. With features such as true BorderFree photographs, where the photograph is printed right to each edge of the photo paper, along with ink dots so small that they're at the limit of human visibility, the PictureMate 210 is an amazingly powerful printer.
Adding also to the undeniable quality of the PictureMate 210 is a newly developed dye–based ink that delivers colours so brilliant and bright, that in many cases the range of colours can actually exceed that which you would expect from professional photo developing lab.
Long Lasting photographs

The Epson PictureMate 210 in combination with Genuine Epson ink and media has been designed to print photographs that can withstand the rigours of constant handling and exposure to moisture. PC–Free photograph printing
One of the PictureMate 210's greatest features is its true portability. There's no need at all for it to be connected to a computer in order to print out your photographs. It's all about total photograph printing freedom. Simply insert your camera's memory card into the PictureMate 210's card slot and use the in–built 2–inch LCD viewer and straightforward control panel to view, select and print your photographs.
You can even access your photographs using PictBridge and USB Direct Print enabled cameras and making it even more flexible and compatible with today's lifestyle is the optional support for Bluetooth. With this, your PictureMate 210 can connect wirelessly to a Bluetooth compatible device – such as a mobile phone – and print your photos without waiting.
