Acer has developed its first Netbook to be stylish and lightweight; Aspire One weighs in at less than one kilogram2 making it the lightest Netbook in its class. Acer has improved upon the current market standard in ultra portables and has taken it a step further by offering a Netbook that is smaller than an average office diary (24 x 17 cm), lighter than the competition and has a full and easy to use software application suite with battery life of up to seven hours3.
Aspire One features an 8.9” CrystalBrite LED backlit display (resolution of 1024x600 pixels), CrystalEye webcam and 802.11b/g WiFi built-in as standard for easy access to available wireless networks.
Aspire One comes with Windows XP® Home and 1GB of memory installed.
There are two alternatives for data storage:120GB internal HDD. In addition the Aspire One reads 5 different types of memory card – Secure Digital, MultiMediaCard, Memory Stick, Memory Stick PRO, xD-Picture Card – for absolute data freedom.
