Ted’s 3 Year Total Care Package (Compact Cameras)When you purchase a compact camera through Ted’s you have the option of taking out our 3 Year Total Care Package. This means that should the camera prove defective in factory materials or workmanship within 36 months from purchase Ted’s will repair or replace the camera free of charge. This offers incredible peace of mind. You will also be issued with a cleaning kit on purchase to maintain your camera and Ted’s will provide an annual check at any of our stores. Should your camera require any repair, Ted’s, subject to availability, will offer a free loan camera to cover you! We believe in offering our customers not only the right camera at a great price but the Seal of Confidence to know that if something goes wrong, you are in our care. |

Ted’s 5 Year Total Care Package (Digital SLR's)When you purchase a DSLR or hybrid camera from Ted’s you have the option of taking out our 5 Year Total Care Package. This means that should the camera prove defective in factory materials or workmanship within 60 months from purchase Ted’s will repair or replace the camera free of charge. This offers incredible peace of mind. You will be eligible for one free sensor clean during the period of the 5 year Total Care Package. You will also be able to take your camera to any our stores for an annual camera check performed by our staff. Should you require our priority repair service, Ted’s, subject to availability, will offer you a free loan camera to you! We believe in offering our customers not only the right camera at a great price but the Seal of Confidence to know that if something goes wrong, you are in our care. |

This means that should the item prove defective in factory materials or workmanship within 60 months from purchase Ted’s will repair or replace it free of charge. This offers incredible peace of mind. You will be issued with a cleaning cloth on purchase and be eligible to take your lens or flash to any our stores for an annual check performed by our staff. Any defect will be handled by our priority repair service.
