If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase or the product proves defective, Ted's offer a 14 day Exchange guarantee. This allows you to return your hardware purchased from Ted's within 14 days and exchange it (at original purchase price) for any other hardware product in our range. Of course, the goods must be returned in original condition with the packaging & reciept.
*Excludes professional products, damaged equipment, items specially ordered, demo models, runouts plus some professional products are excluded.  Return Postage included for online purchases only

Ted's also offer protection on the price you paid for your product. If the identical product you have purchased is advertised in the press at a lower price by another merchant anywhere in Australia within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the difference, or the price in full at our discretion. (Ted's receipt and advertisement must be presented)
* Product must be in stock. Excludes professional products, runout/demo models, internet advertisements and products offered with bonus. Must be stock sourced from Australian manufacturers i.e. no 'grey' imports.
