Stock Availability

 

When a product is "Out of Stock" it means it is unavailable in any of our 18 stores nor is it available for immediate delivery from the websales department.  In this case, If the item is still in production, it will be on order with our supplier.  If you add the item to your cart and make a purchase while it is Out of Stock your order will be placed to receive the first distrubtion of stock on arrival.  If you add the product to your account wishlist we will notify you via email when the item is in stock again and available for purchase.  For any queries regarding arrival dates you are welcome to call us on 1300 768 833 however please bear in mind that we can usually only provide general estimates.   

Out Of Stock

If you add the item to your cart and make a purchase while it is "Out of Stock" your order will be placed to receive the first distribution of stock on arrival.

If you add the product to your account wishlist we will notify you via email when the item is in stock again and available for purchase.

Special Order

Products that are labelled 'Special Order Only' are either products that are in short supply from Suppliers or products that aren't regularly ordered from suppliers.

If you add this product to your cart and complete the sale through the checkout we will place a special order with the supplier.

Please note the ETA to dispatch your special order may vary based on supplier availability. Ted’s will contact you to confirm an approximate ETA.

Pre-Order

If the product page displays 'Pre-Order' then the product isn't currently available but will be in the near future.

If you pay and order the product through our website then you will be placed in a queue and have priority once the first shipment arrives.

Please feel free to contact us at any time with any further enquiries relating to pre-ordering a product.

Online Only

"Online Only" products are not available in any of our physical stores and are only available for delivery, they are housed at a separate warehouse and not stocked in any of our stores.

If you also select a product that is available for collection at one of our stores with one of these products then you will only have the option for delivery for your entire order.
