Bought this camera for my 11 year old. WE all want one now. Takes lovely pics, videos and has exciting special effects built in. It is easy enough for a child to learn to drive and is nice and compact. The quality is plenty good enough for Mum!!

seems good, battery will go in wrong way though, Battery has to be in camera to charge and they expensive. USB cable supplied to charge Battery, fits home, vehicle or PC which is handy.

Excellent compact camera, easy to use
Excellent compact camera, very easy to use and powerful zoom. Battery runs down within a day so it's hard to get back to a room to charge - and a spare battery is not cheap. The battery compartment cover comes open very easily when taking camera out of a carry bag. Otherwise it's a brilliant little pocket camera. Picture quality is excellent.

Overall, very easy to use and highest MP for the price range.
When taking pictures without flash during semi-darkness, the image turns out to be a bit blurry and I'm not sure how to change that.

Over all great little camera. quick on the pic taking and survived a trip to Thailand no worries.
For what it is the camera is great. did ok in low light, has a great zoom, big view screen and a few funky fun special effects. for less than $200 you cant go wrong really.

OK for point and shoot only
This camera takes a 14 megapixel and has a 10 times zoom packed into a small body. The result is poor quality images in full daylight or otherwise. If you need a compact, get something else with less zoom. If you want the zoom, get a bigger camera.
There's a saying: better to spend too much than not enough. This is not spending enough for what it aims to do.
