We understand that your camera equipment is an expensive investment, that's why Ted’s offers a range of Total Care Packages .
Ted's Total Care Packages Include:
- 3 Years Coverage for compact cameras and video cameras
- 5 Years of Coverage for DSLR cameras, Compact System cameras, Lenses & Flash Units
- Repair or Replacement of Defective Unit (manufacturing defect)
- Priority Repair Service
- Free Loan Camera when your camera is being repaired*
- Sensor Clean for DSLR cameras (normally $80)
- Repair process handled by Ted’s
- Annual Camera Check by Ted's

If your camera equipment develops a manufacturing defect during the Total Care Package’s 3 or 5 year period , all you need to do is bring it back to Ted’s and we handle the repair process for you.
We speak to the repair agents, we send it off, you get priority repair service and if need be, you can borrow a loan camera while yours is being fixed. The Repair agents will either fix your camera or replace it for you, so you don’t need to worry about what happens if the problem can’t be repaired.
Every year you can bring your camera in to one of our stores to be looked over by Ted’s staff, just to make sure it’s working at its best.
Finally, the 5 year DSLR and Compact System camera care packages come with the added benefit of one FREE sensor clean (Normally $80). Sensor cleaning is very important, as it clears all of the dirt and dust off the sensor which can ruin your images.
